Once payment is made, it is considered final and cannot be reversed under any circumstance, including but not limited to change of mind, business decision changes, delays caused by the client, dissatisfaction after work has commenced, or partial service usage.
Clients are advised to fully understand the service details before making any payment.
5. No Guarantees Clause
While we apply best practices, professional expertise, and industry knowledge, CPN Computer Consult does not guarantee specific results such as

- Revenue figures
- Lead volume
- Conversion rates
- Business growth metrics
Digital performance depends on many external factors beyond our control.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to

- Ensure they have legal rights to any materials provided to us
Delays caused by the client do not qualify for refunds or compensation.
7. Intellectual Property
All materials, strategies, designs, documents, and content created by CPN Computer Consult remain our intellectual property until full payment is made.
After payment, ownership may transfer to the client where explicitly agreed, except for proprietary tools, templates, or frameworks used internally.
8. Confidentiality

9. Limitation of Liability
